Revelers rang in the new year at First Night Charlotte, an annual festival with entertainment, music, arts and dance on New Year's Eve. Produced by Center City Partners, First Night Charlotte is a family-friendly (alcohol free) event held at the Levine Center for the Arts on South Tryon.
