The annual 600-mile (965.606 km) race, first held in 1960, is the longest race sanctioned by NASCAR. Quaker State Chevrolet driver Kasey Kahne, with the Hendrick Motorsports group, won the race, finishing nearly five seconds ahead of Denny Hamlin. It was Kahne's 13th career win.
