Thousand of people filled the Levine Avenue of the Arts in Uptown Charlotte late Monday night to watch the fireworks and welcome in 2019. The CLT New Year's Eve returned to the Levine Avenue of Arts, and was presented by Ally - Charlotte Center City Partners.
