Summer campers learn culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University's Charlotte NC campus in downtown Charlotte. The Chef's Choice Camp is taught by professional chefs in Johnson & Wales modern, state-of-the-art facilities. Campers ages 10 to 17 learn hands-on cooking and baking techniques in the five-hour classes.
