In Chef's Choice, an innovative culinary and baking program at Johnson & Wales University's Charlotte NC Campus, professional chef instructors give children hands-on instruction during summer camps and Saturday programs. The five-day, five-hour summer camp program for children 10 to 16 years old combined culinary education, skill development, hands-on cooking and demonstrations in the college's professional kitchens.
