More than 100 teams (500+ players and countless spectators) for muddy for a mission at the 2011 Murphy's Dirty 30 Mud Volleyball Tournament, held at Charlotte NC's Metrolina Expo. The event was conceptualized by Tim Murphy, a Habitat for Humanity of Charlotte employee, in 2007 in the approaching days of his 30th birthday. Fundraising results were not yet available for the 2011 event, but the 2010 mud spectacular raised $15,000 for Habitat for Humanity.
