The historic Charlotte Cotton Mills buildings are a 1895 cotton mill that has been transformed into urban loft residential in downtown Charlotte North Carolina. The project, located in the heart of downtown Charlotte, was created in partnership with Pappas Properties, the Historic Landmarks Commission and Crescent Resources.
